First of all, let me say "I do not consider myself a professional trainer" but I have had great success without a lot of time nor expense on your part.  The techniques used are common place, ones I'm sure others have been using forever.

I have found the most difficult part of the whole training process is training the owner--the dog is easy!!

It takes from 4 to 7 sessions to get your dog steady on point--that's all!!  Sessions last from 30 to 60 minutes--it's not rocket science, just common sense and consistency. 

Important:  After each session I evaluate your dogs progress to this point, then explain what you can expect from your dog in the next session.  By doing this, you can track the progress yourself even if you know nothing about dog training.
